ODIN Call Connect is currently in BETA testing. This software is provided as a training and educational tool only. It is not intended for use in production environments or with Protected Health Information (PHI).

DO NOT enter patient-identifiable information, PHI, or any sensitive personal data into this system.

While we implement industry-standard security measures and work toward full HIPAA and SOC 2 compliance, this beta version has not completed formal compliance certification. Use of this software with PHI or sensitive data is at your own discretion and risk.

Security Measures Implemented

Data Protection

  • All data transmitted over HTTPS/TLS encryption
  • Automatic session cleanup on logout and session end
  • Secure PIN-based access control for practice accounts
  • No long-term storage of call transcripts by default
  • Rate limiting on authentication attempts

Data Handling

  • Call data stored temporarily during active calls
  • Transcripts and call records available for export only
  • No cross-practice data leakage between accounts
  • Third-party AI processing via OpenAI and Twilio (subject to their privacy policies)

Compliance Roadmap

We are actively working toward full HIPAA and SOC 2 Type II certification. Current status:

  • Technical security controls: Implemented
  • Administrative safeguards: In progress
  • Third-party audit: Scheduled for Q2 2026
  • Business Associate Agreements: Available upon request after certification

User Responsibilities

By using ODIN Call Connect, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • This is a beta training tool not certified for PHI or production use
  • You will not enter patient names, medical record numbers, or other PHI
  • You will use hypothetical scenarios or de-identified examples only
  • You understand call audio and text are processed by third-party AI services
  • You are responsible for your own HIPAA compliance in your practice
  • The Vault / RepX Inc is not liable for unauthorized PHI disclosure
