ODIN Call Connect is currently in BETA testing. This software is provided as a training and educational tool only. It is not intended for use in production environments or with Protected Health Information (PHI).

DO NOT enter patient-identifiable information, PHI, or any sensitive personal data into this system.

While we implement industry-standard security measures and work toward full HIPAA and SOC 2 compliance, this beta version has not completed formal compliance certification. Use of this software with PHI or sensitive data is at your own discretion and risk.

Security Measures Implemented

Data Protection

•All data transmitted over HTTPS/TLS encryption
•Automatic session cleanup on logout and session end
•Secure PIN-based access control for practice accounts
•No long-term storage of call transcripts by default
•Rate limiting on authentication attempts

Data Handling

•Call data stored temporarily during active calls
•Transcripts and call records available for export only
•No cross-practice data leakage between accounts
•Third-party AI processing via OpenAI and Twilio (subject to their privacy policies)

Compliance Roadmap

We are actively working toward full HIPAA and SOC 2 Type II certification. Current status:

By using ODIN Call Connect, you acknowledge and agree that:

•This is a beta training tool not certified for PHI or production use
•You will not enter patient names, medical record numbers, or other PHI
•You will use hypothetical scenarios or de-identified examples only
•You understand call audio and text are processed by third-party AI services
•You are responsible for your own HIPAA compliance in your practice
•The Vault / RepX Inc is not liable for unauthorized PHI disclosure
